TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using PRO-C Color services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you disagree with any aspect, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

PRO-C Color offers professional digital coloring services for comic books and sequential art. Our work is exclusively coloring — we do not create drawings, finished art, or lettering. Original artwork (drawings and lineart) are the intellectual property of the original artists who created them.

Some of the works featured on this site have not been published and do not represent the official publication of such works. The work produced by PRO-C Color represents exclusively the digital color applied to the original artwork.

3. COPYRIGHTS AND CREDITS

We fully respect the copyrights of original artists. All credits to original creators (artists and lineart creators) will be maintained and clearly displayed in any publication or sharing of colorized work.

You agree to recognize and support the original artists whose talents make our coloring work possible.

4. APPROPRIATE USE OF SERVICE

You agree to:

• Use our services only for legal and ethical purposes
• Respect the intellectual rights of original artists and creators
• Give appropriate credit to original artists in any publication
• Not use our work for commercial purposes without proper authorization
• Maintain integrity and honesty in the use of colored work

5. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines will be negotiated and agreed upon at the time of service contracting. PRO-C Color strives to meet agreed timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. In case of significant delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.

6. REVISIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

The number of revision rounds will be defined in the service contract. Additional revisions beyond those agreed may result in extra costs.

7. PAYMENT

Payment terms, including amounts, payment methods, and due dates, will be specified in the individual contract or quote provided. Non-payment within agreed timeframes may result in service suspension or cancellation.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the necessary rights to contract our services
• Providing original artwork in appropriate resolution and format
• Ensuring original artwork does not violate third-party rights
• Giving appropriate credit to original artists

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PRO-C Color will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited exclusively to the coloring work performed.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Specific refund policies will be defined as agreed in the individual contract. Work already initiated may be subject to partial charges.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

PRO-C Color maintains confidentiality of all projects in development until their publication or release authorized by the client.

12. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of modifications.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms will be governed by the laws of Brazilian jurisdiction, where PRO-C Color operates.
